Love Enchained ships internationally.

Please allow 5 to 7 days for your order to be ready for shipping.

To support my US customers with the new tariffs, I am offering DDP shipping ~ Delivery Duties Paid. What this means for customers:

• As of September 25th, I am offering shipping DDP. This means that I will be covering all import duties and fees on orders above €500* 
• How it works: at the time of creating your shipping label I will include my business email address instead of the customer's. I will pay the import duties and fees prior to delivery to the customer.
• All orders will be shipped via An Post Irish postal service. Packages are registered and tracked and can be traced online.
• NOTE: please make sure to include a phone number when placing your order as it may be required by the postal services, and your email address so that I can communicate with you.

*As a small business, please note that I can only offer this service on orders above €500 (approximately USD 600).

• For orders below €500, the customer will need to pay all import duties and fees. 
• How much can you expect to pay?

US tariffs from Ireland: the rate of the tariff is 15% on sterling silver jewellery. There is an additional handling fee between $80 and $200 per package. It is therefore better to place a larger order and have one package shipped to reduce the impact of the handling fee.

• I am extending the same offer of DDP Shipping to all my customers located in the following countries: UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland.

For all other countries located outside of Europe, please check your local customs office for potential import tax and custom duties. Love Enchained will not be responsible for any customs duties that may apply.
